Dr. Kristen Martin joined Springtown Veterinary Hospital in February 2020 as a Small Animal General Practitioner..
Dr. Martin received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2018. Although she is originally from Corpus Christi, TX, upon graduating from veterinary school, she and her husband moved to New Braunfels and made the Hill Country their new home. Dr. Martin's veterinary interests include urgent care, surgery, internal medicine, and ultrasonography. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and the Comal County Veterinary Medical Association.
During her spare time, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Juan, enjoy camping, being on the river, hiking, and traveling. They have two dogs: Tex, a German Shorthair Pointer; and Amora, a German Shepherd.
